Designed and coordinated the end-to-end production workflow and pipeline, overseeing quality control across pre-production, production and post-production.
Led animation development through boardmatics, animatics and complex motion sequences, establishing timing, visual continuity and execution standards.

Echoes from the Merge is an in-house speculative film exploring the convergence of human performance and artificial intelligence through the high-pressure world of Formula 1.
Developed in a ten-day production sprint, the project integrated AI-assisted workflows across concept development, script refinement, visual exploration and sound design. More than ten artists then refined and expanded the generated material through animation, compositing and post-production.
The result demonstrates a hybrid production model in which human craft, creative direction and emerging technologies work together to accelerate experimentation and create a cohesive audiovisual narrative.
